Development and facilitation of Workshops during kick-off, discovery, diagnostic and early design phases.
Development of Change and Communications Strategies and plans, including change impact (heat map) assessments and interventions by group, leadership coaching for successful implementation.
Extensive stakeholder assessment and engagement.
Writing Executive and sponsor communications.
Development and coordination of governance meetings and packs.
Development and facilitation of Ideation and Executive Leadership Team Leader planning and sessions (>150 participants).
Incorporating the PROSCI methodology into the existing tools and processes within the business.

Endorsed change impact assessments by function with identified leader and communication interventions.
Ideation sessions of approximately 150 participants, generating more than 1100 ideas with a positive feedback score of 4.2 out of 5 across all sessions.
Achieving more than 74% response rate for voting on the development of a vision for the change program.
More than 74% of engagement achieved through the Culture Values Assessment process.
